HR Business Partner

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership and management teams across the business
• Provide support and guidance on all employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Partner with line managers to identify and implement effective talent development and retention strategies
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with employment legislation and best practices
• Analyse and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions and improvements
• Lead or contribute to HR projects across areas such as learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within retail or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and influencing key stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable
