Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the People & Performance Manager will take full ownership of the HR function. This is a key leadership role focused on aligning HR strategy with business objectives, supporting a high-performing culture, and delivering best-in-class people practices across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Senior Leadership Team, offering expert guidance across all areas of the employee life cycle.
- Lead and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support the Group’s expansion.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled talent to meet evolving business needs.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes, in line with Irish employment legislation.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, bench marking against market trends to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay up to date on employment law developments and ensure full compliance across all HR activities.
- Support both on boarding and off boarding processes, including handling sensitive terminations with professionalism and care.
- Minimum 5 year's HR experience, including managerial-level responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making.
- Strong background in recruitment, policy development, and employee relations.
- Proficient in HR systems, performance management, and learning & development planning.
