- Support the development and management of relationships with retail and food service customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail, hospitality, and food service sectors.
- Conduct client visits and product presentations to support sales growth.
- Assist in managing existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure efficient order fulfilment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and account documentation.
- Support promotional activities, trade shows, and product launches as required.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, retail, food service, or hospitality.
- Strong interest in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Full clean driving licence required.
- Experience working with retail stores, wholesalers, or food service clients.
- Knowledge of the Irish FMCG or food distribution market.
- Qualification in business, sales, marketing, or hospitality.
