Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Temporary Finance Administrator - Reconciliations & Sage Processing for our client based in the Carlow Area.This is a Part-Time Temporary role with an immediate start and is expected to last for 3 - 6 months.Your New Job - Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process high volumes of financial data and transactions using Sage accounting software
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting
- Assist in clearing a backlog of transactions to support the month-end close
- Ensure records are up to date and maintain tight controls over financial data
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
- 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounts administration role
- Proven experience working with Sage and strong proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to handle reconciliations and data processing with a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
