- Manage the Branch President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and arrange travel and events for incoming visitors to the branch
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Branch President.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for review and presentation.
- Act as a liaison between the Branch President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management experience
- High level of professionalism and discretion with highly confidential data
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
