
Technical Delivery Lead - Procurement Technology

This is a strategic role requiring a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTechnology Delivery Management
*Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
*Develop and manage delivery plans, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
*Monitor project progress, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
*Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.Platform Integration & Architecture
*Drive capability-centric architecture for Procurement platforms including Coupa, Oracle AP, and Pegero (e-invoicing).
*Document process flows and technical specifications aligned with business requirements.
*Influence project initiation and review processes to safeguard production stability.Stakeholder Engagement
*Own technology communications across internal and external stakeholders.
*Collaborate with business teams to define scope, objectives, and business justification.
*Manage vendor onboarding, RFP contributions, and solution evaluations.Strategic Planning
*Translate business requirements into technical proposals and roadmaps.
*Shape the long-term technology agenda for Procurement systems.
*Ensure alignment with broader IT and business strategies.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCEEducation & Qualifications
*Ideally degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
*Project Management or Agile certification preferred (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI).Technical Expertise
*Relevant experience in a Technology Implementation Lead, Project Manager, or Business Analyst role within banking or financial services.
*Strong experience in Procurement/Third-Party Management, Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and e-Invoicing.
*Familiarity with Coupa, Oracle AP, Pegero, and data integration tools (ETL).
*Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Visio, Excel, and Word.
*Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS DevOps) is a plus.Soft Skills
