We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Coupa Technical Lead to support the rollout and enhancement of our client's EMEA Procurement platform. This role is central to delivering scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions across multiple EMEA locations, with a strong focus on Coupa Procure-to-Pay and related modules.
You will act as the technical authority for EMEA change initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and the US-based Coupa team to ensure high-quality delivery and platform governance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlatform Leadership & Technical Oversight
*Lead all technical change initiatives related to the Coupa platform across EMEA.
*Perform small-scale technical changes and oversee external System Implementation Partners.
*Ensure adherence to global development standards and change governance in collaboration with the US Coupa team.Functional Design & Configuration
*Provide design, advisory, and configuration support for Coupa modules including Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Sourcing.
*Participate in configuration, implementation, testing, and training activities.
*Maintain a comprehensive configuration document of all Coupa-related changes.Integration & Support
*Collaborate with ERP development teams to validate and maintain user interfaces and functional requirements.
*Support data mapping and integration design efforts between Coupa and ERP systems.
*Provide occasional administrative support including patching, reporting, and production system troubleshooting.Project Delivery & Collaboration
*Work closely with the EMEA Procurement team and project stakeholders to interpret business requirements and deliver functional outcomes.
*Liaise across IT domains including infrastructure, database, security, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
*Support the change management process for all Coupa-related requests and deployments.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCEEducation & Qualifications
*Ideally degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
*Relevant experience as a Technology Implementation Lead, Project Manager, or Business Analyst role, ideally within financial services.
*Coupa certification or experience with similar platforms (Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Ivalua) is advantageous.Technical Expertise
*Strong hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay platforms and business process design.
*Familiarity with Coupa configuration, integration, and support.
*Experience in formal SDLC environments and Agile methodologies.
*Proficient in MS Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS DevOps.Soft Skills
*Empathetic and analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
