We're seeking a customer-focused Microsoft 365 specialist to provide technical support during weekend shifts. You'll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, respond promptly to users, and maintain IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.Weekends - Friday to Sunday
