You will have:
  • Significant commercial experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, with a strong focus on Irish retailers.
  • A successful track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and customer partnerships.
  • Established relationships with key retail buyers across Ireland, coupled with strong sales strategy capability.
  • High-level negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at senior customer levels.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, able to inspire, develop, and deliver through others.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L delivery.
  • A resilient, agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
