Our client is a Cork owned and operated Tier 1 Main Contractor. They require a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join their project delivery team. Excellent chance for a detail-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience working on Irish construction and engineering projects. Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate model delivery.
Manage and maintain project models using Revit, Navisworks, and other industry-standard software.
Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings.
Ensure compliance with Irish BIM standards, ISO 19650, and project-specific requirements.
Support project teams with model-based workflows and digital construction methodologies.
Assist in the preparation of 3D/4D/5D outputs as required by clients and project demands

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience on Irish construction or engineering projects.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
Solid understanding of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as BIM 360, Viewpoint, or Aconex.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
