- To carryout cleaning audits, to ensure to complete the agreed number of standards audits through a given week.
- Deliver training to on site cleaners
- Assist the cleaning manager with roster management.
- Liaise with building managers regarding any cleaning issues.
- To assist the cleaning manager with deep cleaning schedules.
- Assist and deal with all cleaning complaints.
- To visit the clients satellite buildings.
- Attend Weekly Operations Meetings
- Drive productivity of the existing team to ensure works. are as efficient and productive as possible
- Manage the cleaning frequencies as per the client specification document. To ensure full compliance with same.
- Map out cleaning schedules.
- Facilitate the reporting to the client of maintenance issues identified throughout the site walk.
- Ensure the Cleaning Manager & Contract Manager are kept informed of any operational progress and any potential issues.
- Ensure the recruitment and retention of a core group of competent capable cleaning operatives and janitors to deliver best in class cleaning solution.
- Ensure all staff are fully trained in cleaning techniques including Health and Safety and to ensure that documentary evidence of same.
- Ensure all staff requests for leave are recorded, approved in advance and relief staff arranged accordingly.
- Complete all timesheets in respect of hours worked
- Train new staff in accordance with BIC'S standard as required and keep training records
- Ensure that all staff are presented in full appropriate uniform.
- Excellent knowledge in office applications in particular Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in staff management
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Willing to travel within the Dublin area.
- Fluent English
- Flexibility regarding shift patterns.
