Due to continued growth and turnover, one of Ireland's Tier 1 Main Contractors is seeking a Senior MEP Services Coordinator.This company have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical. Most of their workload comes from repeat business as they have a strong reputation for their competitive edge and reliable execution of projects undertaken.Key responsibilities:

Managing all service installations
Managing Services Contractors and other related Sub-Contractors / Supply Chain Partners
Review and report on specifications and design drawing
Plan and manage Design Team Drawings (e.g., AutoCAD) and other documentation of design and installation
Programme and facilitate the flow of information between the Design Team and Services Subcontractors
Plan the work and organise the plant and site facilities
Inspect, assess, and verify commissioning of MEP systems on site

You will need:

A degree/diploma in Engineering or related discipline required
5+ years' experience in Building Services Contractor / Consultant offices
To be familiar with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler & Process Systems / Construction
