This pivotal role involves managing staff, resources, and theatre scheduling, while driving service development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage peri-operative teams and operational workflows
Oversee staff development, training, and professional leadership
Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practice standards
Collaborate with senior management and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

Registered with NMBI
3–5 years’ experience in theatre management
Peri-Operative Nursing qualification desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
