- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your assigned section
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor stock and minimise waste while maintaining quality
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are upheld in compliance with HACCP
- Mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining kitchen
- Formal culinary qualification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and plating standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
