- 3-5 Years Head Chef Experience within busy restaurants or hotel environments essential for the role.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.
- Effective communication skills with kitchen staff, management and customers.
- The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety standards.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexible with working hours to include mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.
- Competitive Salary of up to €60,000 - €70,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
