Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. KerryThe ideal Head Chef will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.REQUIREMENTS

3-5 Years Head Chef Experience within busy restaurants or hotel environments essential for the role.
Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.
Effective communication skills with kitchen staff, management and customers.
The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety standards.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Flexible with working hours to include mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

Competitive Salary of up to €60,000 - €70,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
