- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across your work area in line with HACCP standards
- Follow recipes and instructions carefully to ensure consistency
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries
- Learn and apply techniques as directed by senior team members
- Basic culinary qualification or relevant kitchen training
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage but not essential
- Strong willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
