- Prepare and serve meals in line with dietary and nutritional guidelines.
- Support daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Work across kitchen stations as required, including prep, hot and cold sections.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Oversee stock rotation, food storage, and waste minimisation.
- Monitor portion control, food presentation, and allergens.
- Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare teams on menu planning.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.
- QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional chef qualification.
- Experience in healthcare or high-volume catering.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes.
- Legal right to work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance.
- Ability to provide 5 years of work references.
- Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts.
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- €20.29/hour, with Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
- Day shifts only, Monday to Sunday roster.
