National Account Manager - FMCG - Dublin RegionA growing FMCG distributor is seeking to appoint an experienced National Account Manager to join its commercial team in the Dublin region. The business supplies a portfolio of premium grocery brands to leading Irish retailers and continues to expand its market presence. This role will focus on managing key retail accounts, delivering sustainable revenue growth, and building strong long-term customer partnerships.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key retail accounts
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and distribution targets
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with retail partners
  • Negotiate pricing, promotional activity, and trading terms
  • Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in FMCG sales or key account management
  • Experience managing retail accounts
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel capability
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
