The Role
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, acting as the main commercial contact.
  • Lead and develop 2 Key Account Managers.
  • Drive sales growth, deliver forecasts, and manage Distributor P&L.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate across sales, supply chain, finance, and marketing.
You’ll Bring
  • Proven FMCG account management / business development experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Leadership ability with team management experience.
  • Analytical and forecasting skills (Excel, PowerBI).
  • Energetic, can-do attitude with a full clean driver’s licence.
