- Manage and grow key client relationships, acting as the main commercial contact.
- Lead and develop 2 Key Account Managers.
- Drive sales growth, deliver forecasts, and manage Distributor P&L.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional plans.
- Collaborate across sales, supply chain, finance, and marketing.
- Proven FMCG account management / business development experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship skills.
- Leadership ability with team management experience.
- Analytical and forecasting skills (Excel, PowerBI).
- Energetic, can-do attitude with a full clean driver’s licence.
