- Restaurant Performance: Optimize table turnover and ensure average spend meets set targets.
- Operational Flow: Ensure smooth daily operations on the floor.
- Hygiene: Maintain high cleanliness standards in the dining area.
- Cost Control: Identify ways to optimize labor costs related to front-of-house operations.
- Team Scheduling: Manage team rosters and shift planning.
- Stock Management: Oversee wine, dishware, and uniform inventory and orders.
- Cash Handling: Be responsible for the cash register.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper upkeep of all front-of-house equipment.
- Recruitment: Approve new hires and oversee onboarding of new team members.
- Training: Lead daily training sessions and share the Big Mamma vision with your team.
- Team Cohesion: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Encourage strong coordination between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
- Partnership with Assistant Manager: Work side by side with your Assistant Manager at least once a week to ensure smooth service.
