
Floor/Restaurant Manager

- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to deliver exceptional service
- Manage schedules, training and performance reviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
- Drive revenue through upselling, suggestive selling and guest engagement,
- Report on daily sales, costs, and KPIs to senior management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar high-volume hospitality role
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong knowledge of Dublin’s food & beverage scene
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, booking platforms, and stock management tools
- HACCP certified and have good knowledge in Irish health & safety regulations
