CPL Recruitment is partnering with a leading and growing organisation within the healthcare sector to recruit a Service Administrator to join their busy operations team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting service operations and working closely with engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure a high standard of service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule service activities for a team of field-based engineersAct as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional responsesManage client accounts and service data through internal systemsProcess parts orders, manage supplier queries, and handle warranty returnsRequest and issue quotations to customers and liaise with suppliersSupport engineers in sourcing and identifying correct partsMaintain stock levels and set up new part codesAssist with invoicing, reporting, and general administration tasksEnsure service delivery meets internal standards and external service level agreementsSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service roleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication skills with a professional telephone mannerHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantageExperience in healthcare or a technical service environment is beneficialWhat's on Offer9-month fixed-term contract with a well-established organisationSupportive and collaborative team environmentComprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, income protection, and EAPTraining and development opportunitiesEmployee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture
