SSA is recruiting Junior & Intermediate Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a Civils Contractor, for a data centre in the North Dublin / Meath area.About the role:Site based on a large scale, multi-phase development with an approx. 2 year duration, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and much more.No prior data centre or civils experience is required, however civils construction knowledge is advantageous. These roles will be split between site and office, with 1 day p/week working remotely.About the company:Our client, an international Civil Engineering Contractor, has over 10 years proven experience delivering complex projects for data centre developers across Ireland, Europe, and the UK.What's on offer?- Very competitive salary (negotiable DOE)

- Annual bonus (approx. 5-10%)Position requirements:- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 2+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Civils construction experience preferred
- A full, clean driving license (essential)
