Execute brand strategy across parts portfolio, distribution, sales, and marketing.
Collaborate with global OEM teams to develop best-in-class programmes.
Develop and present clear business plans to clients.
Identify and develop new OEM parts sales channels.
Review sales data and hold regular dealer meetings.
Identify OEM sales opportunities across collision, mechanical, service, and wear sectors.
Define and manage KPIs to drive sales performance.
Convert sales opportunities through effective delegation and action plans.Experience
- A dynamic person from a manufacturer, Parts Manager or Aftermarket distributor background
- Experience working within a Trade Parts role
- Demonstratable success of managing field sales area & client stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement
- Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus.
- A full understanding of vehicle manufacturer trade sales operations at NSC level
- Sound knowledge of OES / OEM landscape.
- Ability to broker deals at senior stakeholder level
- Highly organised and efficient work methodology, able to work under pressure in competitive environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate content and ideas simply and succinctly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
- Can demonstrate a combination of diplomacy and forcefulness to overcome hurdles
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand.
