- Build and inspire a dynamic area sales team, motivating and empowering them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments
- Support & adopt a culture of lead generation across the hotels.
- Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
- Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver etc.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Sales Manager in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Multi-site experience is a distinct advantage
- Strong leadership skills & experience of managing a team

- Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, be able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends
