The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and significant experience in the Life Sciences industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.About the Role:
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices and principles.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Engage with clients in the Life Sciences sector to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification is preferred.
