
EMEA HR Generalist

- Drive the employee experience strategy to ensure employees feel supported and engaged.
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries.
- Lead and continuously develop the local onboarding program for all new hires.
- Coordinate logistics for employee travel related to onboarding or training.
- Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and scalability of onboarding practices.
- Manage administration of local reward programs, including:
- Oversee and guide employees through leave processes (maternity, paternity, parental leave, etc.).
- Partner with vendors and providers to ensure smooth benefit operations.
- Process and manage local Workday changes across EMEA / APAC.
- Support immigration-related processes, acting as liaison for internal mobility candidates
- Partner on Workday and Greenhouse data integrity, clean-up, and integration projects.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain Greenhouse as a system expert, including reporting and template management.
- Support LinkedIn license administration and tracking.
- Manage contract templates and prepare offers as needed.
- Support the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate contract updates and compliance checks.
- Contribute to broader People initiatives, including EVP (Employer Value Proposition) projects.
- Prior HR Generalist or People Operations experience, ideally in a global or fast-scaling environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
- Knowledge of local employment law and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee experience.
