- Manage the full employee life cycle for 90 staff
- Managing end to end recruitment processes
- On boarding and off boarding of employees
- Managing all employee leave and ad hoc administration
- Employee Relations issues, guidance and management.
- Support and coach managers on positive employee relations, look for practical empathetic solutions that fit with the business needs
- Manage all employee cases such as disciplinaries and grievances. Ensuring that fit for purpose solutions are provided without over reliance on formal processes where appropriate
- Prepare regular updates for management on key statistics such as Absenteeism, turnover and project developments
- Fully up to date on all Irish employment legislative changes
- Ensure policies are kept up to date and staff are informed accordingly
- Drive full compliance with all legislative requirements such as right to work, Gender pay gap etc
- Monitor and support completion of all mandatory training
- Ensure best practice learning and development for all staff

- CIPD Fully qualified
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner / HR Manager role.
- Excellent people skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goals
