- Lead daily site supervision and coordination of contractor activities.
- Provide independent technical oversight of works, engaging positively with contractors in a collaborative manner.
- Review and provide feedback on technical procedures, RAMS, and contractor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory safety and environmental standards, escalating issues where necessary.
- Identify, highlight, and document any shortfalls in works against requirements and support recovery planning.
- Maintain accurate daily site records, including activities, progress, issues, and conditions.
- Initiate and lead site meetings/inspections with contractors and clients, compiling accurate minutes and records.
- Support timely responses to technical queries in collaboration with off-site engineering teams.
- Previous experience in a Site Lead / Site Manager role within a regulated industry (data centres, energy, utilities, or industrial projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory safety and environmental requirements with appropriate qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, or recognised Irish equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with both on-site and off-site project teams.
