- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or equivalent experience strongly desirable.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR operational role; leadership experience (direct or indirect) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex employee and labour relations matters.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of operations, customers, markets, and financial KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, local employment law, and labour relations frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed, international organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Strong decision-making capability with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and assess organizational and team capacity in a structured manner.
- Experience leveraging HR systems and data to drive insights and outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives.
