Job Type: Full-timeA leading food manufacturing site in Longford is seeking a Site Quality Manager to join the team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of quality standards at a high-performing production facility supplying both branded and own-label frozen products across Ireland and the UK.The Role:We’re looking for a values-driven individual with a proven track record in managing quality activities in an FMCG environment. You will have a passion for driving standards, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality integration across all operational areas.Key Responsibilities:Ensure quality management systems are effectively implemented and maintained to guarantee product safety, legality, and compliance with all specifications.Maintain BRC Grade AA+ certification.Oversee HACCP compliance and food safety protocols.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects.Manage and resolve customer complaints and quality-related queries.Qualifications & Experience:Essential:Previous management experience.Strong understanding of production processes and HACCP systems.Experience with BRC standards and customer codes of practice.Ability to effectively manage resources and influence cross-functional teams.Demonstrated problem-solving ability and implementation of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Action Plans).Team engagement and leadership focus.Desirable:Diploma or equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Financial and commercial awareness.Project management experience.SAP or similar systems experience.Experience in process or system development.Passion for continuous improvement and driving a culture of excellence.BenefitsBonus schemeCompany pensionPrivate medical insuranceBike to Work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingPaid sick leaveSchedule:Monday to FridayOn-site role based in LongfordAt Quorum Search Partners we respect your privacy.
