The Opportunity:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Site Quality Manager to lead quality standards and compliance at our clients Longford site. This role is ideal for a value-driven individual with a proven track record in FMCG manufacturing, who thrives on raising standards, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a strong culture of quality across operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain quality management systems to ensure product safety, legality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain BRC Grade AA+ certification.
  • Lead HACCP management and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries effectively.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previous management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards, and customer codes of practice.
  • Solid understanding of production processes.
  • Ability to influence and engage teams across departments.
  • Experience in problem-solving and implementing corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Resourceful with strong people management skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
  • Financial and commercial awareness.
  • Project management experience.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Strong process/system development background.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, both personally and organisationally.
