O'Connors Confectionery (Ennis) Limited T/A O'Connors Bakery looking for 2 Chef de Partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment. Duties include assisting head chef in preparing and cooking of food and also develop new products. Ensure food production always in high standard. Also monitoring food and waste control and responsible for food hygiene. Salary is €36,605 per annum, working hours is 39 hours per week.
