Sector: ConstructionWe are recruiting an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor for a leading construction company in Ireland. This is a remote role with flexibility to attend site visits across Dublin and the Leinster region.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, monitoring budgets, and ensuring projects meet agreed financial targets. A strong background in construction projects is essential, while experience in roofing and cladding will be considered a distinct advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare take-offs, project drawings, and detailed costings.Price projects, ensuring budgets and profit margins are achieved.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for best pricing.Prepare valuations and submit in line with project timelines.Capture and price variations, ensuring client agreements.Develop labour budgets and monitor costs across projects.Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial targets are achieved.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience).5 years' plus construction experience (roofing and cladding experience an advantage).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings and meet tight deadlines.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Remote role with site visits in Dublin & Leinster.Long-term career progression within the construction sector.✅ This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Estimator / Quantity Surveyor seeking a remote role with flexibility, while remaining connected to projects in Dublin and Leinster.Apply Full nameEmail addressMessageUpload CVChoose File Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file.
