- Leading and managing the development of proposals and sales plans to win business
- Building relationships with clients and industry professionals to understand customer requirements and trends
- Implement and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- To have a working knowledge of company products and their features and be aware of multi-channel selling options.
- Promoting products to both new and existing clients.
- Developing new business leads within the specified sales territory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S legislation and driving legislation.
- Any Ad hoc duties that may be required to ensure smooth operations of the business.
- At least 3-5 years’ sales experience within a similar working environment
- Electrical Products/Construction industry is an advantage
- Must possess a full clean B driving licence
- Must possess a track record and proven sales experience
- Must be PC literate, with Word, Excel and PowerPoint application and Handheld skills an advantage.
- Good communication skills, project management & reporting skills.
- Creativity & ability to work off own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, with excellent time management skills
