- Policy & Procedure: Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.
- Risk Management: Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
- Monitoring & Auditing: Carry out workplace inspections, audits, and site visits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Training & Awareness: Deliver health and safety training, promote safety culture, and educate staff on best practices.
- Incident Management: Investigate accidents, near misses, and ill-health incidents, reporting findings and recommending preventive actions.
- Compliance: Stay updated on health and safety legislation and ensure the organization adheres to all legal requirements.
- Advisory: Provide expert advice to management and employees on all health and safety matters.
