- Lead and inspire the team of Department Managers, driving standards, consistency and professional development across all F&B outlets.
- Take full financial ownership of the department, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Collaborate closely with the GM and senior leadership to plan and execute a major F&B refit across restaurant, bar and banqueting facilities.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints, from casual dining to high-end banquets.
- Champion training and service excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain operational excellence during high-volume events, with banqueting experience a strong advantage.
- Proven experience at senior F&B management level in a 4-star hotel or similar high-end environment.
- Strong leadership with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Sound commercial acumen and hands-on experience with budgets and financial performance.
- Experience overseeing refurbishments or new F&B concepts is highly desirable.
- Thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments with a strong events and banqueting presence.
