- Preparation of Monthly Management and Financial accounts
- Management and supervision of finance /administration (1 person)
- Monitoring and reporting of costs as required, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc
- Forecasting and updating of costings and budgets
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting against budget and targets
- Management of Payables and Receivables
- Managing and monitoring tax compliance including VAT and payroll taxes
- Managing and monitoring month end tasks across finance function including reconciliation of all GL control accounts, Fixed Asset Register, Payroll etc.
- Preparation of monthly financial information for Board meetings
- Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA or Qualified by Experience with minimum 5 years industry experience.
- Advanced Excel skills & Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communicator can deal effectively with financial and non-financial people and is focused on building and maintaining excellent working relationships across the business
- Excellent written communication skills with experience of report preparation for senior management up to board level
- Takes full ownership of areas of own responsibility and is totally delivery focused
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- Results oriented, with the ability to take decisions quickly when necessary and the resilience to challenge/be challenged
