- Accountable for the integrity of the Global payroll process for 8 countries, spanning throughout EMEA, APAC and CAD
- Lead and manage the entire global payroll life-cycle. Assume full managerial responsibility, ensuring team objectives are achieved.
- Establishes and implements systems to conduct regulatory and compliance audits.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and takes the lead in advocating payroll operational priorities.
- Analyze complex pay transactions, identify issues that exist and work with various internal operational teams to identify root cause of payroll system issues, assess risk and implement mitigation plans to minimize or eliminate future occurrence.
- Develops, implements, and monitors processes to ensure consistent high value and efficiency of the payroll processes.
- Establish ongoing collaborative relationships both with internal customers and external vendors.
- Be able to provide clear and consistent communication of key business priorities and project status of major initiatives.
- Maintains ongoing development of policies and programs and brings in best practices to offer the most accurate and efficient payroll processes.
- Develop standard KPIs and ad hoc financial and operational reporting and provide key analytics and metrics.
- Responsible for continuous process improvement to ensure the delivery of best customer service.
- Experience with process improvement and change management.
- Ability to lead complex projects that result in the accomplishment of overall business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and high levels of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- 10+ years of experience in a multi-company and global environment.
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience with Workday Required
- Experience with ADP Celergo Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
