- Recruitment and Selection (source, screen, interview etc.).
- Manage Work Authorisations (work permits, visa's).
- Ensure employee records are complete and accurately maintained (payroll, files and systems).
- Provide HR support, guidance, and advice to both employees and managers.
- Implement HR policies and guidelines and to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- Weekly and monthly HR reporting.
- 3+ years HR operational experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies.
- Experience in Employee Relations and Labour and Employment Law.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
