- Manage all commercial aspects of customer projects to maximize profitability and ensure on-time delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal teams to foster collaboration and business continuity.
- Support sales initiatives through effective pricing strategies, promotional planning, and customer engagement.
- Use performance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate across departments to ensure cohesive delivery of services.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members, including department heads, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to the implementation of health and safety standards across the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in a senior commercial or operations management role.
- Demonstrated success in managing commercial agreements and operations in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong financial and budget management skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Skilled in commercial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
