- Assist in the development and full execution of the company-wide marketing strategy and annual plan.
- Lead and actively support the Marketing Team with a focus on mentoring, orientation, and hands-on delivery.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity, including employer branding and site-level initiatives.
- Develop and implement internal communication campaigns that promote culture, values, and engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and deliver brand-building opportunities.
- Manage all public-facing communications to ensure brand accuracy and consistency.
- Take full ownership of the company's social media strategy, content planning, and day-to-day execution.
- Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights.
- Proactively engage with audiences to build community and increase brand reach.
- Support campaigns and key initiatives with creative and timely social media content.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve output and performance.
- Coordinate social media responsibilities across the wider marketing team and act as the primary point of contact for online brand reputation.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, flyers, case studies, and project sheets.
- Develop website content and maintain site performance in line with brand goals and SEO best practices.
- Contribute to advertising, sponsorship, and PR initiatives, including drafting press releases and liaising with media outlets.
- Manage third-party consultants and suppliers across design, copywriting, digital, and production.
- Plan and coordinate project photography, videography, and drone footage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise internal and external events to support business goals and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct regular competitor and market research, tracking industry trends, employer brand positioning, and audience engagement.
- Benchmark communications and branding efforts and recommend actions based on insights.
- Create regular marketing performance reports
- Manage lead generation efforts, track project leads, and research new business opportunities.
- Prepare business development and pitch presentations for Directors and Regional Directors.
- Support the pre-qualification and tender teams with tailored marketing materials and submission design templates.
- 5+ years' experience in a marketing role with direct responsibility for social media and digital content.
- Strong background in brand management, campaign delivery, and content creation.
- Hands-on experience managing corporate social media platforms with measurable results.
- Proficiency in CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM, social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn Analytics), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
