- Project Setup & Planning – Assist PM with programmes, schedules, site establishment, change management, and method/risk assessments.
- Construction Coordination – Manage sub-contractors, resources, and short-term programmes to ensure productivity and timely deliveries.
- Team & Stakeholder Liaison – Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows.
- Health & Safety Management – Lead toolbox talks, audits, inspections, and enforce HSEQ standards and safe work practices.
- Quality Assurance – Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, snagging, and documentation to achieve zero defects.
- Project Close-Out – Support commissioning, testing, final documentation, demobilisation, and project handover activities.
- Recognised Electrical trade qualification with 5+ years’ site management experience, ideally on electrical design & build projects over €5M.
- Safety and environmental management certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH) preferred; PICW Level A an advantage.
- Strong technical, planning, and organisational skills with deep understanding of project constructability.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for senior-level meetings, workshops, and large audiences.
- High commercial awareness with the ability to build strategic relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Self-motivated leader capable of managing multiple projects and building high-performing teams.
