- Develop and deliver a comprehensive brand strategy aligned to business objectives and market trends
- Own brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards across all physical and digital touchpoints
- Lead the rollout of a refreshed brand across multiple retail locations in partnership with design, fit-out and signage partners
- Support and coach internal marketing and retail teams on brand execution and best practice
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Operations and E-commerce to ensure brand alignment
- Manage external creative agencies, media partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation
- Use customer insight, research and data to strengthen brand perception, loyalty and relevance
- Lead brand research initiatives including tracking, segmentation and insight development
- Oversee a portfolio of owned-brand products, including positioning, packaging and brand architecture
- Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns (in-store, digital, radio, print, events)
- Set and maintain high standards in in-store visual merchandising
- Partner with Operations and retail teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
- Own and evolve the brand's digital presence across web, social and CRM
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Coordinate PR activity, partnerships, influencer collaborations and local sponsorships
- Proven success delivering integrated brand and marketing campaigns
- Strong experience managing creative agencies and media planning
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Confident project leader with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of customer behaviour
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years' experience in brand management, marketing or consumer insights
- Experience working in complex or multi-site environments
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
- Results-focused, analytical and solutions-oriented
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
