- Manage hotel operations in the absence of senior management
- Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Handle guest concerns, special requests, and feedback professionally
- Enforce health & safety and fire safety policies
- Complete end-of-shift reports and handovers accurately
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a 4*/5* hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage
