Duty Manager - Co. Sligo

• Manage hotel operations in the absence of senior management
• Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
• Handle guest concerns, special requests, and feedback professionally
• Enforce health & safety and fire safety policies
• Complete end-of-shift reports and handovers accurately
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a 4*/5* hotel
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage
