
Chef de Partie - Co. Wexford

- Prepare and present dishes in your assigned section to the highest standards
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation
- Adhere to HACCP and all food hygiene regulations
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining setting
- Formal culinary qualification is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
