- Greet and engage with visitors in the show area, offering a welcoming and informative experience.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
- Provide detailed product information, including dimensions, material specifications, features, and customization options.
- Handle all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Assist customers with any queries related to product features, pricing, and installation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire product range including steel sheds, storage units, and any new products.
- Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or in showroom environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office & Excel, CRM software).
- Knowledge or interest in steel sheds, storage solutions, or related products is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
