We are growing as a company and if you share our passion for quality and delivering an excellent customer experience we want to hear from you and for you to join our team so you can be a part of our success story.We are looking to recruit an Inspections Lead to join our team at our Head Office at Stradone, Co Cavan.The Role:Galetech Inspections activities: (60% of Time - average 3 days per week)

Carry out GB inspections
Learns and uses drone for blade inspections
Ability to complete asset walkdowns
Manages GI profitability via Profit & Loss
Works to improve the brand and win new business
Plans and coordinates all required tasks across GI
Develops and implements new processes, procedures and documentation to improve GI safety, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Liaises closely with OptiGear to promote the gearbox inspections and also the follow up repairs.
Liaises closely with BTS to promote the blade inspections and also the follow up repairs.

Servicing Activities: (40% of time – average 2 days per week)

Acting in a safe & responsible manner at all the time in your duties
Coordinate with your manager & control centre to plan work
Coordinate with your manager & team to deliver maximum availability on fleet
Use safe methods of work or testing, safe means of access and Personal Protective Equipment, which is provided for their safety.
Troubleshoot/Fault find and remedy on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
Lead a team of technicians ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Establish and maintain general safety from the system
Comply with customer site rules
Repairing wind turbines & ancillary components
Ensure periodic maintenance and service of wind turbines is completed in a safely while ensuring a quality service.
Report all incidents and occurrences as Optinergy company Health and Safety policy
Repairing wind turbines & ancillary components
Stock takes to be completed regularly as advised by Stores Manager.
Provide technical backup for technicians in the field
Keep records daily, maintain documentation and report as required by company policy and procedures logging all information on CMMS system (eMaint or similar).
Participate in all training organised by the company
You also be expected to carry out any additional duties that may be assigned to you by the Company.

Essential Criteria

Previous experience working on Wind Turbines (AT Status Ideally)
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Good communication skills
Good Problem-Solving Skills
