- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance at all times
- Contribute to menu planning, cost control, and stock management
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discipline in the kitchen
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Formal culinary qualification preferred
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
