What you need to know
Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for an ETF Client Services Consultant to join a leading financial services company based in Dublin City Centre.Working within a team servicing clients who provide a range of Exchange Traded Products in Europe, covering synthetic, physical and crypto ETPs.This position is a 9-month contract position and offers a hybrid working model.The hours of work vary each week between 7.15am - 3.30pm and 10am - 6.15pm.Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of daily ETF operations and client reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact for ETF clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Act as the point f contact for Authorised Participants and oversee their requirements as well as responding to queries.
  • Build relationships with investment managers and authorised participants.
  • Maintain a strong control environment and contribute to process improvements.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience in funds administration and ETF servicing.
  • Strong client services experience.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team.
